This position is primarily responsible for installing residential water softeners, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, and related water treatment equipment in customers' homes. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to build a long-term career in the skilled trades. What You'll Do Install residential water softeners and filtration equipment Install reverse osmosis drinking water systems Complete plumbing connections associated with water treatment equipment Test equipment and verify proper operation before leaving the home Explain basic system operation to customers Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle Keep tools, parts, and inventory organized Complete required paperwork and job documentation Maintain a clean and professional work area in the customer's home Follow company safety and installation standards What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Plumbing, construction, HVAC, appliance installation, or similar trade experience is a plus Ability to work with basic hand and power tools Professional appearance and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift and move water treatment equipment Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Water treatment experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
