Job Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs and installations in apartments and common areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues
• Maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing (residential or commercial) required
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
