• Under the general direction of the Utilities Manager and within established Hospital and departmental policies and procedures and in accordance with applicable codes and practices performs a wide variety of testing, repairs, maintenance, and record keeping for plumbing and medical gas systems and equipment.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

A thorough understanding of plumbing and medical gas system codes, regulations and practices Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, access crawl spaces; able to work extra shifts, able to work in harsh environment, such as boiler rooms, mechanical spaces, crawl spaces Ability to read and understand blueprints
