Skilled Trades Partner is hiring experienced, Licensed Massachusetts Plumbers for exciting Residential & Commercial projects throughout the Boston area. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay, a company vehicle, health insurance, PTO, and long-term career growth with a respected team. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems Service, clean, and maintain boilers and heating systems Troubleshoot and repair drainage and sewage systems Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code Collaborate with team members and contractors on active job sites Requirements Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumbing License Strong experience working with boilers Reliable transportation OSHA 10 Certification preferred Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow directions Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship Qualified candidates should be motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to start immediately.
