Description A growing residential plumbing, heating, and cooling company serving the Greater Boston area is hiring a Residential Service Plumber for its north-of-Boston service territory, centered around Cambridge. You will run residential service calls, diagnose and repair plumbing systems, and give homeowners a five-star experience. Join an established team of seven service plumbers at a company that invests in its people. Key Responsibilities Run residential plumbing service calls independently from dispatch to close Diagnose and repair plumbing systems accurately the first time Present repair and replacement options based on what is right for the customer Communicate clearly with homeowners and set proper expectations on every job Document work clearly and keep the company truck stocked and organized Uphold code standards and quality workmanship on every call Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license required Residential service experience strongly preferred Based in or north of the Boston area for a reasonable commute to the north service territory Strong customer-facing communication and honest recommendations Valid Massachusetts driver license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement with Company Match Paid Time Off Referral Program Company Truck Fuel Card Tools Provided Paid Training About Hire Right Recruiting At Hire Right LLC , we partner with skilled trades and service businesses to build teams that last.
