What You'll Do:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with a team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards
• Read blueprints & technical drawings to ensure precision and compliance with local codes
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot plumbing issues independently and with teammates
• Take ownership of your work and contribute to the company's success

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber (Required)
• Self-motivated and reliable
• someone who takes initiative and gets the job done
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• must work well with others on-site
• Commitment to quality work
• attention to detail is a must
• Experience in residential and commercial plumbing is preferred
• Ability to lift, thread pipes, and use hand/power tools

Work Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, in-person
• Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends)
