Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across various construction sites. As a key member of our construction team, you will oversee plumbing installations, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and coordinate with other trades to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. Responsibilities Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of plumbing layouts. Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and team members to complete plumbing tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control, compliance with building codes, and adherence to project specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized fabrication equipment safely and effectively on diverse job sites. Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs, plan schedules, and manage resources for plumbing-related tasks. Ensure all work aligns with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations across various construction projects. Qualifications Proven experience as a Master Plumber with extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, building materials, and installation techniques. Strong understanding of construction management principles, including estimating, planning, and site supervision. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints (such as Bluebeam files), and construction plans. Hands-on experience with a wide range of tools including hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, electrical testing devices, and heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry, trim carpentry, flooring installation, stucco application, concrete forming, plastering, cabinetry installation, painting, window installation, hardscape work, electrical systems integration, and remodeling projects. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and interpreting technical instructions effectively. Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for master plumbers; additional certifications in construction inspection or safety protocols are a plus. $88,494.00 - $109,115.00 per year
