Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber with a well-rounded residential plumbing skill set to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and is looking for more than just another plumbing job. We are looking for a long-term team member who has the ability and ambition to grow into a leadership position and eventually lead a crew of approximately three employees . What We're Looking For We are looking for a well-rounded Journeyman Plumber with strong residential construction experience and a high standard for workmanship. Our work is primarily focused on small new-construction projects of eight units or fewer, high-end renovations, and custom homes . The right candidate should be comfortable working on projects where attention to detail, planning, coordination, and finish quality matter.
Experience should include:
Ground-up residential plumbing construction High-end residential renovations and additions Custom home plumbing Rough-in and finish plumbing Water, waste, and vent piping Gas piping Fixture installation, including high-end plumbing fixtures Reading plans, specifications, and plumbing layouts Laying out plumbing systems efficiently before installation Coordinating work with builders, general contractors, electricians, HVAC contractors, and other trades Identifying potential conflicts and solving problems before they affect the project Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites Producing consistent, high-quality work with close attention to detail Experience with hydronic heating, boilers, radiant systems, or other mechanical systems is a strong plus. We are looking for someone who can work independently today, while also having the ability and desire to grow into a leadership role and eventually take responsibility for a small crew. Qualifications Journeyman-level residential plumbing experience Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently High standards for workmanship Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable and punctual Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work well with customers and coworkers Willingness to teach and mentor other employees Leadership potential and a desire to take on additional responsibility A current plumbing license is required as applicable in our jurisdiction. The Ideal Candidate You are a skilled plumber who can handle a variety of residential work without needing constant supervision. You care about doing things correctly, take ownership of your jobs, and can communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers. Most importantly, you are looking for an opportunity to grow. You want to develop your leadership skills, take responsibility for larger jobs, mentor other employees, and eventually run your own crew.
