Minimum Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber License Preferred (Not Required):
• Possess your own hand tools

Job Duties:

• Inspect, install, repair and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain the water supply and waste disposal systems
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand the layout of plumbing systems and water supply networks
• Diagnose plumbing problems and work to resolve them efficiently
• Comply with all safety regulations and building codes during installation and repair
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including cleaning and disinfecting workstations and equipment
• Operate various tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, reamers, threading machines and welding equipment Provide excellent customer service, including explaining and advising clients on necessary repairs and improvements
• Estimate costs for plumbing services and present clients with detailed invoices
• Order plumbing supplies and maintain inventory

Employer Notes:

• This employer performs a drug test, background check, and DMV records check prior to the first day of employment.

Hours:

• Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (30 to 40 hours per week) depending on employer need

Wages:

• $36 to $45 per hour depending on experience
