Job Description
Plumber
- Service and Installer positions open Crofton, MD $30
- $40 an hour
- Full-time $30
- $40 an hour
Full-time Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including servicing water heaters.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing system issues, such as leaks, malfunctions, or faulty components
- Install new plumbing systems or replace existing ones. Including fixtures, faucets, pumps, water heaters, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing system issues for residential and commercial properties
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure plumbing systems are properly maintained
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing system issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
