Job description:

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including servicing water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing system issues, such as leaks, malfunctions, or faulty components
• Install new plumbing systems or replace existing ones. Including fixtures, faucets, pumps, water heaters, etc.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing system issues for residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure plumbing systems are properly maintained
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing system issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

This position will require a valid driver's license as the technician will need to drive a van to service various locations.
