Description Right Choice Plumbing & Rooter is a residential service plumbing company based in Easton, Maryland, serving Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, and Queen Anne's counties. We are service and repair only, no new construction and no remodels, and we run an 8:00 to 4:30 schedule with no evenings, no weekends, and no on call rotation. We are hiring one experienced Service Plumber to run their own stocked truck and take care of homeowners across the Eastern Shore. Key Responsibilities Run residential service and repair calls from dispatch to close, typically 3 to 4 calls per day Diagnose and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and general household plumbing Perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and sewer line repair and replacement Service, repair, and replace well pumps and well systems Build and present repair options and pricing to homeowners on site Keep your assigned truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call Document every job and collect payment through House Call Pro Represent Right Choice professionally in customers' homes and earn 5 star reviews Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Maryland journeyman plumbing license, or currently eligible to sit for the Maryland journeyman exam (master license not required) Proven proficiency with water heaters, faucets, toilets, and standard residential repairs Drain cleaning, sewer camera, sewer replacement, and well pump experience strongly preferred Comfortable working independently and estimating your own work in front of the customer Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must live within roughly 45 minutes of Easton, MD; this service area does not cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen Benefits $35 to $45 per hour base depending on experience and license level Weekly performance bonus of 2 to 5 percent of sold revenue with no cap; strong performers earn the equivalent of $65 or more per hour Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, paid weekly by direct deposit Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, with no evenings, no weekends, and no on call rotation Two weeks of paid time off, 7 paid holidays plus your birthday, and 2 paid inclement weather days Monthly reimbursement toward medical and vision premiums, plus employer paid term life insurance 401k available after one year of service Take home stocked truck, company card for fuel and materials, uniforms provided, and a $50 gift card every time a customer names you in a Google review About Right Choice Plumbing & Rooter We are a leading residential and commercial service plumbing company based in Easton, MD.
