Job Description

Position Overview:
Warner Service is seeking an experienced & dependable Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and light commercial plumbing service and installation. This role is responsible for performing plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Installation & Service:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems and equipment.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
Identify plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Customer Service:
Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional recommendations.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all work follows local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service details in our field service software.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
Maryland Journeyman Plumbing License or Equivalent (Required) 4+ years of plumbing experience (Preferred) Experience with CRM/field service management systems such as ServiceTitan (Preferred) Valid Driver's License Clean driving record & ability to pass a drug test — company vehicle and fuel card are provided to approved drivers only Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Warner Service is an equal opportunity employer. $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
