Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician at Bryant Group Inc. We are a well-established Plumbing Contractor proudly servicing the Mid-Atlantic area with quality installation of plumbing and fire protection needs for national, regional, custom and multi-family clients for over 50 years. settings. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional service to homeowners. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes, including leaks, clogs, water heater problems, and fixture malfunctions. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related components. Perform inspections to identify plumbing concerns and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations. Accurately document service calls, repairs, and materials used. Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair options, and preventative maintenance recommendations. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Qualifications Experience in residential plumbing service and repair. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, piping materials, and water distribution systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective, long-term solutions. Familiarity with local and national plumbing codes and industry best practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, sewer repairs, and fixture installations. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics. Professional appearance and commitment to customer satisfaction. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds or more as needed. Ability to work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
