Master Plumbing Technician - R.H. Foster -Ellsworth Energy Services What You'll Do As a Master Plumbing Technician , you will support service operations by performing plumbing repairs, maintenance, installations, inspections, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial customers. Performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems Installing and repairing plumbing components, pumps, valves, and piping systems Maintaining inspection records for backflow preventers and boilers Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and plumbing layouts Troubleshooting plumbing issues and recommending repairs or modifications Communicating professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors Supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality service operations Following safety procedures and maintaining company vehicle, tools, and uniform standards Qualifications The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and experienced in plumbing service work. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Current Maine Master Plumber license Gas Fitter/JPG license preferred or required based on work performed Valid State of Maine driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to obtain CDL Hazmat Endorsement Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical & Work Environment This is a hands-on role that may include standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting equipment, and working in mechanical rooms, customer sites, and outdoor conditions.
