Full-time About Reservoir Reservoir is a VC-backed technology company that designs and builds an innovative, all-electric heat pump water heater. Real innovation is rare in the plumbing world, and we are creating it in-house from the ground up. We are now scaling our install team to get these water heaters into more homes across New England. Because we handle both manufacturing and install ourselves, our field team works hand in hand with the people who build the product: better training, faster troubleshooting on the job, and higher quality for our customers. The Role We are hiring a Plumber to run their own Reservoir van and lead a two-person crew, paired with an Install Technician, installing our Reservoir smart heat pump water heaters in homes across ME. You will own the quality of every job on your van, make sure each install meets MA Plumbing code, and deliver an incredible customer experience. This is a hands-on field role with clear leadership growth as we scale. Run your own Reservoir van and lead a two-person crew with an Install Technician Lead installation of all-electric smart heat pump water heaters in customer homes Ensure every install meets ME plumbing code and Reservoir quality standards Troubleshoot system issues and perform service work as needed Mentor and train your Install Technician on the job Provide feedback to product, ops, and tech teams to refine tools, processes, and SOPs Qualifications Apprentice or Journeyman ME Plumbing License Experience installing and servicing water heaters Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, troubleshooting, and field diagnostics Ability to lead, mentor, and set standards for a field team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Benefits Competitive pay and equity, new company van, health/dental/vision, and paid time off, with clear advancement paths as Reservoir grows.
