What We're Offering:
Top Pay:
$40-$50 per hour, commensurate with your experience and skills. $10,000
Sign-On Bonus:
Paid out in $2,500 increments every three months!

What You'll Do:
Provide top-tier plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems with precision and care. Deliver exceptional customer service that keeps our clients coming back. Ability to meet Michigan journeyman/master licensing requirements, including required work hours and supervision experience Successful completion of state-required licensing exams (written and practical) Knowledge of and compliance with the Michigan Plumbing Code and local regulations Ability to pull permits and work legally under a licensed contractor or master plumber Experience working under or alongside a licensed master plumber for required supervision hours Completion of continuing education or code update courses as required for license maintenance Strong understanding of safety standards and legal compliance (unlicensed work carries penalties in Michigan)
