This is a full-time, direct-hire, onsite opportunity based in Clinton Township, MI.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead a growing team of plumbing professionals while driving operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and strong financial performance. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, coaching technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plumbing technicians and support staff while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and exceptional customer service Oversee daily plumbing service operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Monitor operational performance, budgets, and key business metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and profitability Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management initiatives to build and retain a high-performing team Collaborate with leadership to implement operational strategies, resolve complex service issues, and drive business growth Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience leading plumbing service operations or managing service teams within the plumbing or skilled trades industry Strong technical knowledge of plumbing service and installation practices with excellent leadership and communication skills Current Master Plumber License required Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is highly preferred Valid driver's license with a strong driving record and ability to successfully complete required background screening, DOT physical, and drug screening
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This direct-hire opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to $130,000, depending on experience.
