A successful installer can advance into: Plumbing Installer Senior Plumbing Installer Plumbing Foreman Plumbing Superintendent Operations Leadership We actively invest in developing future crew leaders, supervisors, and managers. What You'll Do Install complete plumbing systems on residential and commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings Coordinate work with General Contractors, Superintendents, and other trades Ensure all work meets plumbing code requirements and company quality standards Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor, and completed work Manage productivity while maintaining high craftsmanship standards Anticipate material needs and communicate shortages before they impact production Help organize jobsite workflow, materials, and equipment Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of plumbers Support crew leadership and project success on larger projects Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols What Success Looks Like High-quality installations completed right the first time Productive work that stays on schedule Minimal rework or callbacks Strong communication with project teams and field leadership Safe, organized, and professional jobsites Apprentices who are learning and improving under your guidance Consistent craftsmanship that reflects Moore Mechanical's standards What We're Looking For Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred 3+ years of plumbing installation experience Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods Ability to read blueprints and job specifications Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in active construction environments Skilled with hand and power tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Authorized to work in the United States Minimum age of 18 Our Core Values Honesty We communicate openly, take ownership, and do what we say we'll do.
