In this role, you will oversee plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair operations, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Your expertise will drive project success from blueprint interpretation to team supervision, delivering top-quality plumbing solutions that meet client expectations. Duties Lead and manage plumbing teams on construction sites, providing guidance and supervision to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install or repair plumbing systems in accordance with building codes and project specifications Install, maintain, and repair domestic water systems, sewer lines, HVAC-related piping, and other plumbing infrastructure in residential and commercial settings Conduct building code analysis to ensure all plumbing work complies with local regulations and construction regulatory standards Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively on-site Oversee pipe installation tasks such as pipe bending, threading, assembly, and heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocols Review construction plans and blueprints to interpret technical schematics accurately for proper installation or repair of plumbing systems Ensure construction site safety by adhering to OSHA standards and promoting a culture of safety among team members Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally during project execution Skills Extensive knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and construction standards Proven experience managing plumbing teams in residential and commercial projects Strong blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics Skilled in construction estimating, project planning, and managing construction schedules Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, domestic water systems, and pipe threading techniques Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery used in plumbing installation Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and project documentation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, contractors, and inspectors Familiarity with construction site safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements Experience with remodeling or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile project support Join our team as a Licensed Master Plumber where your expertise will help shape safe infrastructure solutions while advancing your career in a dynamic construction environment!
