We're currently looking for skilled and motivated Residential Service Plumbers to join our high-performing team of service professionals. Our technicians are paid weekly and enjoy top-tier compensation with uncapped earning potential , giving you full control of your income based on your performance. What's in it for you:
Pay:
$25-$45/hour base + uncapped commission Top performers earning $50+/hour Weekly pay

Company vehicle (fully stocked) Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance (100% covered for employees) Family coverage options available 401(k) with company match Basic and optional life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays What you will do: Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures (toilets, faucets, water heaters, soldering, and general repairs) Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide clear cost estimates Respond to service calls and deliver high-quality workmanship What you will bring: Must be 21 years or older Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience Strong knowledge of plumbing systems ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus Strong communication and listening skills Solid work ethic Cregger is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
