Superior Comfort Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring a Pipe Lining Technician to lead our trenchless sewer lining (CIPP) projects across Downriver and Southeast Michigan. You will be our go-to technician for pipe lining: prepping host pipes (descaling, cleaning, pre-lining camera verification), measuring, cutting, wetting out, and installing liners to manufacturer spec, managing resin mixing and working times, monitoring inversion, inflation, and curing, reinstating lateral connections, and documenting post-lining camera results in ServiceTitan. On days without a scheduled liner job, you will run with our Plumbing Install team on water heaters, repipes, sewer replacements, fixture installs, and floor break and excavation projects. All work is sold work; no sales pressure, just execution.

What you will do:

Lead all pipe lining projects start to finish Maintain, calibrate, and care for lining equipment and track liner and resin inventory Complete installs within estimated labor timeframes with minimal material waste Maintain high first-time cure rates and low callback rates Follow safety procedures for confined spaces, resin handling, and excavation Document jobs thoroughly with photos and camera footage in ServiceTitan What we are looking for: Hands-on CIPP/pipe lining experience preferred, or strong sewer/drain background with willingness to train Residential plumbing install experience (water heaters, repipes, sewer replacement) Comfortable with camera inspection equipment and job documentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-directed, quality-focused, and dependable
