About the Role Superior Comfort Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is a growing home services company serving Southeast Michigan — and we're adding an experienced Plumbing Install Technician to our sewer and drain team. This is a full-time, year-round field position. Sewer and drain work doesn't slow down seasonally, and neither do we. What You'll Do This is a field-based install role. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:

• Floor breaks: concrete saw cutting, breaking, and excavation inside homes and businesses to access underground drain lines
• Exterior excavation: digging and replacing sewer lines, service laterals, and underground drain systems
• Trenchless sewer replacement: pipe bursting and pipe lining (CIPP) as alternatives to open-cut excavation
• Working alongside experienced plumbers on proper pipe installation, grading, and backfill
• Operating equipment including mini excavators, concrete saws, jackhammers, and hand tools
• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and professional from start to finish What We're Looking For
• Hands-on field experience in plumbing, excavation, or a related trade — this is NOT an entry-level position
• Comfortable with physically demanding work: digging, lifting, and working in confined or tight spaces
• Reliable — shows up on time and ready to work
• Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Team-first attitude — our crew takes care of each other Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with trenchless technology (pipe bursting or CIPP lining)
• Equipment operation experience (mini excavator, skid steer, etc.)
• Michigan plumbing license or currently working toward one What You'll Get
