The more you do, the more you get paid! 350 is the base, after you book 1400 in revenue, you will get paid the difference in commission. In this energetic role, you will utilize your construction, plumbing, and mechanical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and install drainage solutions efficiently. Your expertise will help ensure our clients' systems operate smoothly, preventing costly backups and water damage. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities will make a real impact every day. We also take on conctracting jobs where we can put you on hourly, we usually start you off between 17-20 an hr. Duties Inspect, diagnose, and repair clogged or damaged drains, pipes, and sewer lines using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Perform pipe threading, and assembly tasks to install or replace drainage components in compliance with safety standards Conduct remodeling or renovation work involving plumbing systems, including carpentry tasks related to access points or structural modifications Follow schematics and technical diagrams to ensure precise installation or repair of piping systems on construction sites Experience Looking for an experienced drain cleaner, at least 2 Proven construction site experience with a focus on plumbing or drainage systems Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, Experience in remodeling or assembly projects involving plumbing components Familiarity with construction plumbing standards, schematics interpretation, and heavy lifting techniques Valid driver's license This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to apply their construction plumbing expertise in a fast-moving environment.
