As a vital member of our crew, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in compliance with local building codes and industry standards. Your skills will help ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of plumbing infrastructure for our clients. Duties Diagnose and test plumbing systems and troubleshoot issues. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise installations. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly using hand tools and power tools to ensure secure connections. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or malfunctions; perform necessary repairs or replacements. Adhere strictly to local building codes, plumbing building codes, gas piping regulations, and safety regulations during all phases of work. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate site activities and ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites. Skills Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building codes, gas piping systems, HVAC systems, and mechanical knowledge. Experience with construction site experience including heavy lifting, remodeling projects, and general carpentry skills. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction plumbing work and maintenance operations (MRO). Capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring field service expertise. Valid driver's license required. This role is paid in accordance with industry standards for skilled tradespeople at the journeyman level.
