In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair projects across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that all work complies with local building codes and industry standards, delivering top-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead plumbing teams, interpret technical drawings, and contribute to diverse construction projects with energy and precision. Responsibilities Lead and manage plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute plumbing installations accurately. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for residential and commercial buildings, including domestic water systems and HVAC connections. Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory compliance standards. Conduct construction estimating activities related to plumbing projects, including material take-offs and cost assessments. Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and heavy lifting to complete tasks effectively. Manage plumbing system maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Supervise field service operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all phases of work. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional customer service and project outcomes. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for compliance purposes. Qualifications Valid license as a Master Plumber with state or local licensing authority. Extensive construction site experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing projects. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and building plans. Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building codes, and construction regulatory compliance standards. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and carpentry skills as needed. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and estimations. Experience managing plumbing teams or supervising field staff is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and plumbing system maintenance is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Valid driver's license for commercial driving duties; experience with construction driving is preferred. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity in various weather conditions.
