Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise plumbing teams on residential and commercial construction sites.
Manage plumbing installation, maintenance, repair, and service activities.
Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings.
Install and service domestic water systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC-related connections.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with applicable local and state plumbing codes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Perform plumbing project estimating, including material take-offs and cost assessments.
Troubleshoot plumbing system issues and complete repairs efficiently.
Manage plumbing maintenance schedules and address service issues promptly.
Supervise field service operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, customers, and other trades.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, inspections, and project activities.
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and other plumbing equipment safely and effectively.
Required QualificationsValid Master Plumber license issued by the applicable state or local licensing authority.
Strong construction plumbing experience in residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and building codes and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading plumbing crews or supervising field personnel.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements, material take-offs, and estimates.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting and working in varying weather conditions.
Preferred QualificationsHVAC experience strongly preferred.
Experience with HVAC connections and mechanical systems.
Experience with plumbing estimating and construction cost assessment.
Welding or pipe fabrication experience.
Experience with pipe threading equipment.
