Job Summary We are seeking a licensed plumber to join our team and ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across our properties. This role involves working on residential and commercial buildings, reading blueprints, adhering to local building codes, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and a commitment to safety regulations to deliver top-quality plumbing solutions. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems, and HVAC components in residential and commercial settings Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and safety regulations Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and other construction tools efficiently and safely Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and extend system lifespan Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while installing or repairing pipes and fixtures on construction sites or building interiors Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and solutions Skills Valid license as a plumber with comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations Construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Skilled in pipe installation, pipe threading, welding, and assembly techniques Familiarity with gas piping systems and HVAC components related to plumbing systems Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) of plumbing systems Ability to use hand tools, power tools, carpentry tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to construction sites and plumbing work environments Excellent problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations Customer service orientation with effective communication skills Experience with remodeling or handyman tasks related to plumbing or general maintenance Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality plumbing services while fostering a safe work environment.
