Positive, Team-Focused Culture Position Overview:
As a Drain Technician at Service Professor, you'll be responsible for restoring flow to residential drains, providing exceptional customer service, and educating customers on drain maintenance. You'll also have the opportunity to earn a plumbing apprentice card and work towards Journeyman Licensure.
Your Day-to-Day:
Restoring flow to residential drains and providing necessary information for follow-up by a Sewer Supervisor. Delivering 5-Star customer service and educating customers on drain care best practices. Participating in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency calls What Does It Take? Progressive plumbing experience Minimum 6 months of drain experience Valid Driver's License required Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and educating customers on all options Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to safety in all aspects of work Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Pay:
$18.00/per hour, plus commission on flips/sales
