What You'll Do:
Diagnose complex plumbing issues and pitch high-value, comprehensive solutions to customers, Install, maintain, and repair complex water and wastewater systems across residential, and commercial sites. Layout connections, install supports, and assemble valves with a focus on leak-free testing and code compliance. Ensure every job is perfectly sized, graded, and aligned to meet environmental and local plumbing standards. Stay in sync with dispatch, management, and the parts team to keep projects moving smoothly. Manage your mobile office (company truck), track inventory accurately, and breeze through digital paperwork. Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
What You Bring:
A current Journeyman Plumber's License and a deep understanding of local Michigan plumbing codes. 5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing residential and commercial systems. A professional demeanor with the ability to solve complex problems and put customers at ease during "messy" situations. High integrity and a personal drive to sharpen your skills and improve every single day. High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
