Job Description

Residential Service Plumber | $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending experience Potential annual earnings of $100, 000 +

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm

Job Duties:

Service, repair maintenance and installation - Residential plumbing Hot water tanks, boilers, and a variety of fixtures and equipment Working independently and with an apprentice Using plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels and screwdrivers Training/supervising apprentices Consulting with customers about service, repair, upgrades and replacement options Kotz Heating and Air | Waterford, MI Voted #1 in Oakland County's Top Family-Owned Company We are a local, family-owned plumbing and HVAC company proudly serving Oakland County since 1929. What We Are Looking For:

4 + years' experience in residential plumbing Experience with both service and installation plumbing Journeyman Plumbers License or ready to take Journeyman plumbing license Able to train Apprentices Able to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time Willing to work in all types of weather High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
