Job Overview This is a specialized sewer and drain role across residential and commercial work. You will own the toughest drainage and sewer problems, work independently in the field, and deliver top tier service on every call. We respect your time and will not waste it, and we expect the same in return.[9:04 PM] Responsibilities Clear drains and operate jetters, cameras, drain machines, and chain snakes with precision Perform sewer line cleaning, camera inspection, and locating Diagnose and solve the toughest drainage and sewer issues with efficient, long term solutions Work independently in residential and commercial environments Maintain a clean and organized worksite Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the team Deliver high quality work that earns referrals and repeat business Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven, hands on drain cleaning experience (this is a requirement) Expert level command of drain cleaning equipment and techniques Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and a commitment to a perfect customer experience A self starter and a true team player who raises the standard of those around them Clean criminal background Clean and safe driving record, valid driver license Positive attitude with a desire to grow, improve, and perform Zero tolerance for laziness, drama, or excuses What We Offer Weekly pay Weekly performance bonuses Revenue incentives and profit splits.
