About the
Role:
The Plumbing Service role is centered on delivering high-quality plumbing solutions to residential and commercial clients across the United States. The primary objective is to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local codes and regulations. This position requires diagnosing plumbing issues accurately and providing effective solutions to prevent future problems. The role demands excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients about their plumbing needs and the work performed. Ultimately, the goal is to uphold the reputation of the service provider by delivering reliable, timely, and professional plumbing services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a plumber or in a similar role for at least 1 year. Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
Journeyman plumbing license. Experience with advanced plumbing technologies such as tankless water heaters and water filtration systems. Customer service training or experience in client-facing roles. Basic knowledge of electrical systems related to plumbing equipment.
Responsibilities:
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or faulty components. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pipes, valves, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and provide effective solutions to minimize damage and downtime. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Communicate clearly with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates. Collaborate with other construction or maintenance professionals to ensure integrated project completion.

The required skills enable the plumber to effectively diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing issues, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment is essential for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks performed daily. Strong communication skills are used to interact with clients, explain technical information in an understandable way, and provide excellent customer service. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of advanced technologies, enhance the plumber's ability to offer innovative and sustainable solutions, keeping the service competitive and up-to-date. Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day (with some overtime) Rotating on-call schedule (paid at $100/hr)
