Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, ~7:00 AM-4:00 PM, occasional on-call once trained
Compensation:
$27•36/hr ($56K•75K annually), plus after-hours differential About the Role We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber who can work independently on routine residential jobs, from rough-in through finish and repair. This is a great fit for someone with a solid technical foundation who's ready to take on jobs with minimal oversight while continuing to grow toward a Master license. What You'll Do Perform rough-in, finish, and repair plumbing work independently on routine jobs Handle residential service and installation work day-to-day Diagnose common plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service once trained Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and customer service Communicate clearly with customers and coordinate with the broader crew as needed What You Bring 3-6 years of plumbing experience Active or eligible Journeyman certificate (~8,000 hours of apprentice experience under a licensed master plumber) Solid rough-in, finish, and repair skills Proven ability to work independently on routine jobs Residential plumbing experience required Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Deal-Breakers No path to licensure Poor driving record Failed background check Compensation & Benefits $27•36/hr base ($56K•75K annualized) After-hours differential pay for on-call emergency service
