GRC General Construction is hiring a licensed Master Plumber to join our growing team in Joplin, Missouri. We are looking for someone dependable, experienced, and motivated who takes pride in delivering quality plumbing work while also being flexible enough to assist with general construction projects when needed. This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities available depending on project demand and workload. Our company handles a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects including remodels, additions, new construction, plumbing installations, repairs, and full property improvements. Position Details Full-time position with possible overtime: This is a full-time position with consistent scheduling and the opportunity for overtime depending on active projects and seasonal workload. Team members should be dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Must hold a valid Master Plumber license: Applicants must currently hold a valid Master Plumber license and have experience performing plumbing work safely and according to code requirements. Residential and commercial plumbing experience is highly preferred. Flexible role with construction involvement beyond plumbing work: This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and comfortable assisting with other construction-related tasks when needed. Projects may involve collaboration with multiple crews across remodeling, additions, renovations, and new construction jobs. Residential and commercial project experience preferred: Candidates with experience working on both residential and commercial projects are encouraged to apply. The ability to adapt to different job site environments and handle a variety of electrical tasks is important for this role.
