We're hiring a Level 2 plumbing technician who can run standard service calls with limited supervision and communicate professionally with customers. What you'll do: Diagnose and repair common plumbing issues — clogs, leaks, fixture problems Complete fixture replacements (toilets, faucets, disposals) Provide accurate basic estimates Maintain code-compliant, clean work Document jobs and communicate clearly with customers What we're looking for: 1-3+ years of plumbing experience Can work independently on standard service calls Working knowledge of local codes Strong customer communication skills Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check What we offer: $23-$27/hr based on demonstrated skill level Advancement based on demonstrated skill — not how long you've been here Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and performance bonuses A place where the work you do actually strengthens the community you live in
