Hourly Rate Schedule:
Day shift, Monday to Friday (Occasional flexibility required based on commercial project schedules)
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Install, repair, service, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems efficiently and accurately Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, piping, and other plumbing systems Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and safety standards Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, contractors and team members Maintain a clean and professional work environment Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Journeyman Plumber License issued by the state, county, or local municipality (Mandatory). Current St. Louis County Plumbing License required.
Experience:
Extensive field experience spanning both residential and commercial construction, service, and underground utility plumbing. Proven leadership or foreman experience over journeyman-level crews. Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
Safety & Compliance:
Deep knowledge of plumbing safety protocols. OSHA Certification (10-hour or 30-hour) is highly preferred.
Screening & Background:
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check; a clean record is required.
Physical Demands:
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, perform strenuous manual labor, and work comfortably in varied environments (confined spaces, trenches, crawl spaces, outdoor weather).
Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL preferred.
