Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a skilled Plumber, where you'll play a vital role in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across diverse commercial and residential projects. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs. Perform welding tasks when necessary to join pipes or repair fixtures, adhering to safety standards. Conduct remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating systems seamlessly into existing structures. Use construction site experience to manage heavy lifting and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to optimize performance. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and basic math for precise measurements. Knowledge of welding techniques and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical diagrams. Familiarity with HVAC systems, remodeling processes, carpentry skills, and handyman experience is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites; valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is advantageous. Strong mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of schematics and system layouts.
