As a Plumbing Superintendent , you'll take ownership of large-scale and/or multi-site plumbing projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role for someone who sees the big picture, leads from the field, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work - safely, on time, and at the highest standard.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee large or multiple plumbing job sites, including manpower planning, scheduling, and logistics Drive quality control, code compliance, and consistent communication between field teams, project management, and leadership Proactively identify and resolve jobsite challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget Mentor foremen and crews while setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship
What You Bring:
Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required) 8+ years of plumbing experience, with superintendent-level leadership strongly preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems, codes, and best practices Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and make sound field decisions
