Journeyman Plumber $38-50/hr DOE + Bonus + SIMPLE IRA Harris Plumbing is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber for residential new construction, remodels, and service work. Based out of East Helena, Harris Plumbing primarily serves the Helena Valley and Townsend area, with additional work throughout Southwest Montana. Full-time, year-round work with day travel only — employees are home every night. No on-call rotation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and wants to be part of a company that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and high standards. Journeyman plumber preferred; however, may consider an apprenticeship opportunity for the right candidate with residential plumbing experience, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Install residential plumbing systems Rough-in and finish new construction plumbing Perform remodel and service plumbing work Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems Install and repair fixtures, water heaters, disposals, and related equipment Read blueprints and layouts Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Qualifications Residential plumbing experience strongly preferred Experience with new construction, remodels, and service work preferred Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues independently Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship Schedule Full-time Consistent year-round work Day travel only Home every night No on-call rotation Pay & Benefits $38-50/hr DOE Bonus opportunities 3%
