Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings using hand tools, power tools, equipment and construction plumbing techniques Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within water systems and drainage networks Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and assembly tasks with precision and safety in mind Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, equipment and personnel to various job sites Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects, ensuring plumbing components integrate seamlessly with structural work Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations throughout all phases of work Requirements Proven construction site experience with a strong background in residential and plumbing projects Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras Knowledge of water systems, tankless heaters, drainage solutions, and plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards related to plumbing work Experience with commercial service work Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing manual tasks for extended periods Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation or repairs This is a great opportunity.
