What You'll Do Day-to-Day Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues, from leaks to clogs and everything in between. Service, repair, and maintain home plumbing systems. Install fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing upgrades. Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners in a friendly, professional way. Provide top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Keep your service vehicle, tools, and job paperwork clean and organized. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in residential plumbing service Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Comfortable communicating with customers and walking them through options Dependable, motivated, and proud of quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting 50-100lbs. regularly and working in crawl spaces, basements, outdoor environments, and on ladders Plumbing license is a plus (where applicable), but not always required Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Where You'll Work Happy Home proudly serves Raleigh/Durham, NC and the surrounding communities.
