Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction plumbing installations to remodeling and repair tasks across commercial and residential sites. As a licensed professional, you will bring your mechanical expertise, hands-on skills, and passion for quality craftsmanship to ensure plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely. Your contributions will directly impact the functionality and safety of our clients' facilities, making a tangible difference every day. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and systems. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks while adhering to safety standards and building codes. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failures; troubleshoot problems using mechanical knowledge. Utilize construction site experience to coordinate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC for seamless project execution. Operate heavy lifting equipment safely when handling large pipes or fixtures; perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed; ensure compliance with all safety protocols. Experience Valid license as a plumber with proven field service experience in construction or maintenance environments. Demonstrated knowledge of construction plumbing techniques, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, HVAC systems, and general mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site safety procedures. Experience in remodeling projects or handyman roles that involve assembly or maintenance work is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and material planning. Prior exposure to commercial driving or transportation logistics is a plus but not required.
