Duties Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial buildings according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure precise installation and repairs Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other mechanical devices to complete plumbing tasks efficiently Perform pipe fitting, pipe threading, soldering, welding, and assembly of plumbing components on-site Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly Troubleshoot plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to determine the best solutions for repairs or installations Follow schematics and technical instructions accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Support remodeling or renovation projects by removing old fixtures and installing new plumbing systems as needed Operate construction vehicles or commercial driving equipment when required for material transport or site access Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on commercial plumbing projects Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems, schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and HVAC-related plumbing tasks Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and safety procedures on construction sites Ability to read technical schematics accurately and apply mechanical knowledge effectively Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport Join us in delivering top-tier commercial plumbing solutions!
