Benefits & Perks Competitive performance-based pay: $70,000 - $115,000/year Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing training, education, and mentorship Company-provided uniforms Company-issued iPhone and iPad Fully stocked take-home work van Positive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Perform general plumbing service and drain cleaning work Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, leak detectors, and pipe locators Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Build trust and rapport with customers Complete invoices, time cards, and job documentation accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Plumbing and/or drain cleaning experience preferred Minimum of 3 years experience Willingness to learn and grow within the plumbing trade Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must own personal hand tools Valid North Carolina driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent required Commitment to ongoing training and professional development Why Anderson Priority Service?
