This role is ideal for a dependable, solution-oriented plumbing professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, professional service, and accurate troubleshooting. The Commercial Plumber will service, diagnose, repair, and install commercial plumbing systems and equipment, including commercial water heaters, ProPress piping, jetter machines, thermal mixing valves, and backflow-related systems. This is a strong opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys steady full-time work, a Monday through Friday schedule, and the ability to contribute to a professional team environment. This position is a great fit for someone who values supportive leadership, clear expectations, teamwork, and the stability of a direct hire role. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial plumbing systems, equipment, fixtures, and related machinery. Service and install commercial water heaters and perform inspections on thermal mixing valves and backflow systems. Use ProPress piping tools, jetter machines, and other plumbing equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and service documentation to complete work accurately. Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and leadership while delivering high-quality service. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following OSHA and company safety standards.
Compensation and Benefits Job Type:
Direct hire, full-time employment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Shift:
8-hour shifts.
Overtime:
Saturday labor and labor after 8 working hours on weekdays.
Double-time:
Holiday and Sunday labor.
