The ideal candidate will have hands-on plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to complete residential and light commercial plumbing work efficiently and correctly. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Position is W-2 employment Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and system evaluations Install water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, faucets, toilets, and related plumbing components Repair or replace water lines, drain lines, and gas lines as needed Read and interpret work orders and job specifications Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain clean and organized work areas, including company vehicles Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and needed repairs Properly document work completed, materials used, and job notes Must have prior plumbing experience (required) Must be able to understand and follow direct instructions Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience with water heaters (tank and tankless systems) Experience with gas line installation and repair Knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection requirements Previous service plumbing experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Work Expectations Maintain professionalism on all job sites Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Follow company procedures for staging materials and job preparation Keep work vehicles and job sites clean and organized
