What You'll Be Doing:

Hydrojetting drains & performing sewer camera inspections. Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures (toilets, faucets, sinks, tubs, etc.). Diagnosing and repairing water heaters (tank & tankless). Diagnosing and repairing pump stations/lift stations. Diagnosing and repairing pump stations Diagnosing and repairing well components. Providing exceptional customer service and educating homeowners. Maintaining a clean and organized truck and worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on service plumbing experience with a plumbing company (not just assisting). Skilled in hydrojetting, sewer camera inspections, plumbing fixture repair, water heaters, pump stations, pipe/well repairs. Knowledge of NC Plumbing Code Comfortable using iPad/tablet for work orders, estimates, invoicing, and payments. Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills Strong communication and professional customer service skills. Clean, professional appearance. Valid driver's license with clean record; must be 21+ years old. Able to pass a background check & drug screening.

Have you personally performed sewer camera inspections to locate and diagnose line issues? Can you diagnose and repair water heaters (both tank and tankless), including full unit replacement? Have you repaired or replaced plumbing fixtures such as toilets, faucets, sinks, and tubs, including supply line and shut-off valve work? Have you located and repaired pipe leaks (copper, PEX, PVC) using proper cutting, fitting, and joining methods? Have you repaired/installed well components such as pressure tanks, well pumps, or pressure switches? Are you able to work independently, troubleshoot without supervision, and manage your own stocked service truck? In this role, you'll be expected to diagnose plumbing issues, clearly explain the problem and options to the customer, and recommend additional services or upgrades that improve their system. Have you successfully done this in past service plumbing jobs, resulting in customers approving additional work beyond the initial repair?
