Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues. Perform plumbing repairs and replacements on fixtures, faucets, toilets, and water heaters. Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and drainage issues. Perform sewer and drain inspections and repairs. Install and replace water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment. Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners. Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and vehicle. Document completed work, recommendations, and customer information accurately.

Qualifications:

Five (5)+ years of residential plumbing service experience. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes. Experience with fixture installation, leak detection, plumbing repairs, water heaters, and drain systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. High integrity with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Self-motivated and competitive while also working well as part of a team. Commitment to continued learning, professional development, and improving technical skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of Nexstar processes is preferred. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
