As a vital leader on our team, you will coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise will guide a team of skilled plumbers and subcontractors, driving projects forward with precision and professionalism. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale commercial plumbing initiatives, utilizing your technical skills and leadership abilities to deliver outstanding results. Individual must be proficient in all aspects of commercial plumbing repair. ie. Drain cleaning, Fixture repair, water\sewer line repair. Duties Lead and supervise commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to install or repair plumbing systems Conduct site inspections to verify quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking throughout each phase of the project Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation, remodeling projects, or maintenance activities on-site Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of commercial systems Mechanical knowledge of schematics, pipe threading techniques, welding procedures, and schematic interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and assembly equipment with precision Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, material quantities, and cost estimations Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques to ensure a safe working environment Knowledge of carpentry skills for framing or remodeling tasks related to plumbing installations Experience in field service operations including troubleshooting plumbing issues on-site or during maintenance tasks Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transportation between job sites or material delivery Handyman experience or general remodeling skills that support versatile project execution Join our team as a Lead Commercial Plumber if you're passionate about delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments!
